There are 12 invisible energy channels that run along the front and back of the body. Ki flows in harmony through these channels to our internal organs. Sometimes these channels get blocked through our day to day stresses and when we are stressed. The stress triggers many different types of emotions and each emotion connects to these energy channels then flows back to the internal organs. When our meridian channels are blocked, our blood does not circulate well, causing stagnant energy flow. Which may make the body feel heavy, not motivated, Tend to drink, smoke or over eat more than normal, but you must believe there is an answer to every problem. 

Our body is truly an amazing gift with great tools to recover our over all health. We  sometimes need a little help and boost to experience and learn how you too can use these tools for great healing. Through Meridian stretching, Kambo, Reiki, Breathe work, along with Health Coaching. You can tap back into feeling lighter, brighter, motivated and leaving with a sense of peace. Connecting your body, mind, and spirit as one. When all is in harmony within than all will be in harmony around you since all is energy and all is one.
